We stayed here for 4 nights recently and it is a trip we will never forget. The hotel exceeded expectations, the rooms are large and comfortable with amazing views from the balcony. The pool area is such a relaxing and idyllic atmosphere to spend your days when not exploring the island. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating throughout your stay, you tend to see the same people and they always go out of their way to acknowledge you and make conversation. A special thanks to Rui and Hannah who we both felt made an extra effort to ensure we had great service. All meals we had were delicious and of high standard. If you are thinking about booking a stay here - just do it! You won't regret it! Can also highly recommend the helicopter experiences the hotel offers- once in a lifetime! Thank you Qualia for a great stay.

I absolutely echo all the five-star reviews for this phenomenal hotel! Honestly, the hotel is extraordinary, and we couldn't find a single flaw. The service is outstanding, the food is incredibly delicious, and our Pavilion 6 offered such breathtaking views that we didn't even want to visit the pool. I highly recommend taking the tours, and I've included some pictures for you to enjoy.

We stayed at Qualia for our wedding anniversary and it was seriously unforgettable! We booked a Windward pavilion (pavilion 24) and everything about it was PHENOMONAL. We had our own pool, it was so spacious, had the most incredible view and every amenity you could need. The food was also all delicious, staff were incredible and nothing was too hard of an ask. Super organized, clean and we honestly cannot fault it. Absolutely recommend staying here for any special occasion, you will never regret it!

My laundry was refused as I had not signed the slip "If there is a problem we must have the T&Cs to govern the matter.* What a mentality towards your guest. This is a 5 star resort! On leaving, I had to use another card to that on file. Before I could even give it, I was told " you must pay your bill to leave the resort." Extraordinary, the implication being I might try and abscond, Service varied between exceptional to poor. One American waitress talked continuously at the top of her voice, and trained others while guests were eating. Beautiful place, great facilities and design but train your staff to act with charm. 5 Star establishment, 2 Star management

Oprah raved about this place for a reason. Romantic, quiet. Beautiful surroundings, awesome facilities, clean. Service is second to none. Everything included, prepare to pay for premium though. Worth it though.
